汽车制动卡钳的铸造工艺及改进

摘    要:运用JSCAST软件对汽车制动卡钳进行模流分析,试生产之后发现铸件的两端相应部位出现了轻微的缩松缺陷,且基体中珠光体含量较少,导致机械性能不合格,通过改善浇注系统,改变合金成分,消除了缺陷,解决了机械性能不合格的问题。
