毕节市香葱产业助推脱贫的实效探索

Practical Exploration of Chive Industry on Helping out of Poverty in Bijie

Abstract: The current development situation and the advantages of the chive industry in Bijie city of Guizhou province were analyzed. The important signifi cance of developing the chive industry on helping out of poverty and tackling diffi culties was expounded. The effects of poverty alleviation were achieved through scientifi c planning and layout, paying attention to the docking of production and marketing, making good interest links and consolidating grass-roots organizations and so on. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of the existing problems in the development of the chive industry, such as the relative lag of infrastructure, the limited poverty alleviation efforts of the chive enterprises and the severe market competition situation and so on, were put forward, which contained improving the linkages of interests and broaden the driving forces for poverty alleviation, formulating relevant policies to help the industries with special characteristics, training professional talents to promote poverty alleviation through science and technology and strengthening publicity efforts to broaden market share and so on.
