玉米细胞质雄性不育及杂种优势利用的研究

摘    要:测定了61份玉米自交系对雄性不育胞质的育性反应及稳定性,其中46份测定对 C型不育胞质的育性反应。30份测定对 S 型不育胞质的育性反应,15份同时测定 C 型、S 型。结果表明;C 型很稳定,不易受环境影响。不育系的转育,经过北方、海南岛共6个世代转育成420、3364等20份优良自交系为 C 型不育系,6份为 S 型不育系。不育细胞质组配的单交种及其同型种产量比较结果,不育胞质的杂交种产量均略高于它们的同型种,其综合农艺性状有所改进。
