摘    要:微量输送装置由料斗和激振装置两部分组成。本文采用整流激振电磁振动方式通过对装置的动力分析计算,确定了铁芯型式,截面积以及线圈匝数和电路电流等。并对料斗结构进行了设计,最后通过使用验证,证明该微量输送装置满足设计要求。

Abstract:After compared the design and the vibration exciting means, the electromagnetic vibration method and rectification exciting mean are used for micro-conveying. The micro-conveyer is made up with two parts, the bunker and the vibration exciter. The bunker is made with smooth polyvinyl chloride plate in rectangular pyramid style and an out-feed channel is in it. The design of the vibration exciter includes: Dynamic analysis. In the analysis, the vibration force needed for conveyer is derived; Determination of the style of the iron core and the Sectional area of the iron core. Calculus of the number of turns of the coil; Calculus of the electric current and determination of the enameled wire. Finally, the expirements are made to test the design and the results are satisfactory.
