香蕉假茎多酚类物质对尿素氮在土壤中形态转化的影响

摘    要:采用土壤培养法研究了9种香蕉假茎多酚类物质(PBP)及双氰胺(DCD)对尿素在土壤中形态转化的影响。结果表明:PBP3~9及DCD均能显著降低土壤硝化势、增加土壤铵态氮吸附量,且PBP3~9的硝化势显著低于DCD。PBP6和PBP9对尿素水解的抑制能持续2d,DCD及其它处理则不能;PBP4~9及DCD均能维持土壤较高的铵态氮贮存量达49d以上;各PBP系列物质均能降低土壤硝化强度,且PBP2~9处理的土壤硝态氮含量显著低于DCD处理。

Abstract:The soil cultivation method was used to study the effect of 9 kinds of PBP(polyphenols of banana pseudostem)and two dosages of DCD (dicyandiamide) on the transformation of urea-N in soil.The results indicated that PBP 3-9 and DCD could reduce the nitrification potential of soil significantly and increase the content of NH4 -N in the soil, and the nitrification potential of PBP 3-9 was significantly lower than that of DCD. The results of nitrification intension test indicated that PBP 6 and PBP 9 could inhibit urea hydrolysis for 2 days, DCD and the other PBP could not.PBP 4-9 and the DCD could keep higher content of NH4 -N in the soil for over 49 days. Each kind of PBP could reduce nitrification intension and the content of NO3--N in the soil treated with PBP2-9 was significantly lower than that with DCD.
