小麦新品种川农16的品质性状相关分析

摘    要:本文对以小麦新品种川农16为亲本之一组配的杂交组合主要品质性状进行相关分析,结果表明,蛋白质含量与湿面筋含量呈极显著正相关,粉质系数中形成时间与公差指数呈极显著负相关,与稳定时间和评价值呈极显著正相关.蛋白质含量与稳定时间、公差指数和评价值在F2中相关显著,但在F1中相关却不显著.沉淀值与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、形成时间、稳定时间、公差指数在F1中均达极显著相关,在F2中沉淀值与湿面筋含量、稳定时间和公差指数相关达显著水平,说明各品质性状间相关关系因杂交组合及其世代、种植环境等的不同而有所差异.

Abstract:In this paper, the correlations and parital correlations between the main quality characters were analyzed by cross combinations which used the new variety Chuaanong 16 as one of the parents. Correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive relationship between protein content and wet gluten content. Development time presented significantly negative correlation with tolerance index, and highly significant positive correlation with stability time and score value in the rheological properties, there were significantly positive relationship between protein content and stability time, tolerance index, Score value in cross combinations F2, while not in cross combinations F1. Sedimentation value presented significantly positive correlation with protein content, wet gluten content, development time, stability time, tolerance index and score value in corss combinations FI, and only presented significantly positive correlation with wet gluten con- tent, stability time and tolerance index in cross combinations F2, so it can be inferred that the relationship between quality characters might be different because of the different cross combinations, generation, growth environment.
