Development and application of the selective chromogenic medium for antigen bacteria of Combined Classical Swine Fever-Swine Erysipelas and Pasteurella multocida Live Vaccine

In order to replace traditional Martin agar, a selective chromogenic counting agar (hereinafter referred to as Swine triplex vaccine chromogenic medium) was developed for detecting antigen content of Combined Classical Swine Fever, Swine Erysipelas and Pasteurella multocida live vaccine Swine Fever-Swine Erysipelas and Pasteurella multocida live triplex live vaccine. In this study, the physical characteristics and growth characteristics of dry powder Martin agar, fresh Martin agar and Swine triplex vaccine chromogenic medium were compared in parallel, and the antigen content of Swine Erysipelas live vaccine, , Swine Pasteurella multocida live vaccine and Combined Classical Swine Fever, Swine Erysipelas and Pasteurella multocida live vaccine Swine triplex vaccine were compared in parallel by bacteria plate counting.
