花生抗青枯病材料的固氮性状研究

摘    要:本文对14个抗和7个感青枯病的花生材料苗期的固氮性状进行了观察比较。抗病材料的单株结瘤数和植株含氮量均低于感病材料,表明抗病材料苗期的固氮能力相对较差。两组材料在根瘤菌侵染的频率、部位以及根系形态上都有明显的差异,表明花生根部对外界微生物浸染的抵抗能力存在差异,初步认为花生对青枯病的抗性中包含有“抗外界微生物侵入”的机制。

Abstract:Fourteen groundnut lines resistant to bacterial wilt ( Pseudomonas solanacearum ) and seven susceptible lines were studied for their nitrogen-fixation characters in seedling stage by artificial inoculation and natural investigation. The number of nodules and the content of nitrogen per plant in the resistant lines were lower than those in the susceptible lines, which indicated that the capacity of nitrogen-fixation in the resistant lines was relatively poor. The frequency and position" of the infection by Rhizobium were different between the resistant and the susceptible materials.Under same cultural condition, the morphological traits in roats were also different between the two groups of groundnut.From these differences it could be deduced that the ability to resist the invasio n of bacteria in roots of the two groups with different reaction to bacterial wilt was different. Therefo're, at least one component of "resisting invasion" would be involved in the mechanism of the resistance in groundnut to bacterial wilt disease.
