| 摘 要： | 在对河北省小城镇建设的现状与存在的问题分析的基础上，总结了小城镇建设的发展历程。对河北省现有小城镇改造及新的小城镇建设的经济潜力做了分析，并提出了新旧小城镇建设宜采取的几项主要对策。
