当归愈伤组织低温保存试验

摘    要:在3~10℃的低温条件下对继代9~10代的当归愈伤组织进行了保存试验。结果表明:当归愈伤组织对低温环境具有较好的内在适应机制,处理后染色体倍性亦较为稳定。同时,培养基的损失量极少,从而延长了每次继代所需的时间周期。

Abstract:The callus of A.sinensis with 9~10th generation subculture were stored at 3 ℃ and 10 ℃ for 10,60 and 120 days respectively.The results showed that the callus had a better low temperature adaptability.At low temperature,the chromosomes kept in a stable diploid,the weight loss of medium was less,and the callus could be stored for a long time.
