干旱胁迫下刺槐生理适应特性研究

摘    要:通过盆栽控制实验,研究了严重土壤干旱胁迫下刺槐的生理适应特性.结果表明刺槐具有很强的渗透调节和活性氧清除能力.在渗透调节上,刺槐在干旱胁迫初期可溶性糖起主要作用,在胁迫后期脯氨酸(Pro)起主要作用.在活性氧清除上,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在整个胁迫过程中起着重要作用,过氧化氢酶(CAT)则是胁迫后期的重要保护酶.丙二醛含量(MDA)在整个干旱胁迫过程中没有明显增加,说明刺槐具有很强的抗旱能力.

Abstract:Physiological characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia under heavy drought stress were studied by pot experiments.The results showed that R.pseudoacacia possessed strong capacity of osmotic adjustment and activated oxygen elimination.In the osmotic adjustment,soluble sugar had the primary function under the early stage of drought stress,while it was proline(Pro) under the late stage of drought stress.However,in the elimination of activated oxygen,superoxiede dismutase(SOD) performed great protective function,whereas catalase(CAT) also was an important protective enzyme under the late stage of drought stress.Throughout the procession of drought stress,malondiadehyde content did not show significant increase which indicated R.pseudoacacia has great drought resistance.
