纳米硒对波尔山羊公羔睾丸超微结构的影响

摘    要:为了研究纳米硒对波尔山羊公羔睾丸超微结构的影响,选用30只2月龄波尔山羊公羔,随机分为3组,预试2周,正试16周,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组);基础日粮+0.1 mg.kg-1纳米硒(I组);基础日粮+0.3 mg.kg-1纳米硒(II组)。结果显示,I组和II组的睾丸发育明显优于对照组,对照组的各种细胞可以观察到程度不同的膜损伤,部分精子尾部中段纵切面的线粒体出现多形状改变。在6月龄时可观察到II组的精子细胞的数量明显减少,补适量的硒能促进睾丸组织发育,使曲细精管中各种细胞膜和核膜保持完整,使精子细胞尾部中段的线粒体排列整齐、紧凑、结构完整。

Effect of Nano-Selenium(Se) on the Ultrastructure of Testes in Male Kids of the Boer Goat
Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effect of nano-selenium on testicular ultrastructure in male kids of the Boer goat.Total of 30 male kids were randomly divided into three treatments,and fed the basal diet supplementation with 0(control) or 0.1(I) or 0.3(II) mg·kg-1 nano-selenium.Micrograph taken by transmission electron microscope showed that the growth of testes in group I and II were superior to those in control.Different membrane damage of various cells in testes from control was observed,and mitochondria in longitudinal sections of midpiece of sperm showed the change of the biological characters.The spermatid was observed decreased obviously at six months of age,consistent with the result of light microscope micrograph.It was suggested that supplementation nano-Se promoted development of testes,protected the membrane system integrity,and maintained the sperm mitochondria of midpiece arrayed tightly and integrity.
