摘    要:本文用Bouin氏液固定,石蜡切片,H—E染色的方法,观察了成年健康雄貂的肝、胰、肺、肾、睾丸、付睾、脾、肾上腺等器官的正常组织结构,观察结果表明: 1.肝的江管区内小叶间胆管分支很多(2—10个)。此区有大量的界限不清的细胞。 2.胰腺各部的小叶内都有比较多的胰岛。 3.肺中隔细胞、尘细胞形态很清楚,吞噬了大量颗粒。有的视野可见到4—7个尘细胞。 4.睾丸曲细精管内支持细胞数量很多,而且明显,一个管腔断面上多达十九个左右。 5.肾上腺多形区界于球形和弓形之间,皮质染色浅,髓质染色深,髓质内交感神经节很少。 6.脾脏被膜互相垂直的平滑肌很丰富。鞘动脉非常发达,红髓白髓结构典型。其他基本结构与一般哺乳动物相似。

Abstract:Samples of various organs from adult female minks in good health were fixed in Bouin' s solution, embedded in paffarin wax and stained with hematoxylin eosin. Then the histological structures of liver, pancrease, lungs, kidneys, testis, epididymis, spleen and adrenal glands were observed under optical microscope. Summarized in the following are results of the observation. 1 Numerous branches of lobule biliary duct exist in confluent areo-las of the liver, and there is a great number of unbounded cells in this areola. 2 Considerable numbers of pancreatic islands occupy the lobules over the pancreas. 3 Phrenocytes and dust cells in the lung are definitely clear, with one profuse phagocytosed particles. Four to seven dust cells may be seen in field of vision. 4 Great number of sustentacullar cells are found in the testis convaluted tubules,very clear when viewed.There can be upto 19 cells on one fracture surface of the tubules. 5 The multiform areolae are between spherical and arcuate. The cortex is light stained and the medulla dark stained. Very few sympathetic neurons are found in medullary substances. 6 The splenic capsul is riched in smooth muscles which are ventricular to each other. well-developed sheathed arteries, typical structures of red pulp and white pulp are found. The other foundamental structures are found to be similar with those of other species of mammals.
