摘    要:本文研究了水浸对美洲斑潜蝇出叶老熟幼虫及蛹存活率的影响.结果表明,出叶老熟幼虫水浸16h将全部死亡,蛹的不同发育阶段对水的抗逆能力不同.当连续水漫时数长达72h,不同发育阶段蛹的死亡率均达100%.试验结果还表明,每天间断水浸4h,持续4天对蛹的存活率影响不大.若以水浸做为一种压低种群的方法或灭虫措施,则至少需连续水浸3天.

Abstract:This paper dealt with the survival of pre pupa and pupa of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard immersed in clean water.The results showed that the mortality of pre pupa was 100 percent after over 16 hours immersing.The mortality of immersed pupa was determined by its developmental period.All pupae at different developmental period could not survive after over 72 hours immersing.The result also indicated that the survival of both pre pupa and pupa didn't show significant difference after 4 hours immersing each day within four days.It was concluded that over 3 days immersing was necessary to take the immersing as a way of suppressing population or as a control strategy of the pest.
