添加大麻籽粕对狄高肉鸡免疫的影响

摘    要: 选择1日龄狄高鸡200羽,随机分5组,每组5个重复,每个重复8羽,A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,B~E组为试验组,分别在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上添加大麻籽粕部分替换豆粕,分3个生理阶段(Ⅰ期:0~14日龄;Ⅱ期:15~35日龄;Ⅲ期:36~56日龄)进行为期8周的饲养试验,屠宰并测定其免疫指标。结果:试验组比对照组血清总蛋白量(TP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清球蛋白(GLOB)和血清尿素氮(BUNC)含量降低;胸腺重量、胸腺指数、法氏囊重量、法氏囊指数等均以B组最高,而脾脏重量和脾脏指数则以C组最高。结果表明:在肉鸡日粮中按照Ⅰ期1.5%~6.0%,Ⅱ期2.0%~8.0%,Ⅲ期3.0%~9.0%的比例添加大麻籽粕部分替代豆粕不会对其血清免疫性能产生不利影响,是安全剂量;Ⅰ期1.5%,Ⅱ期2.0%,Ⅲ期3.0%的替代比例可促进B细胞的诱导分化和成熟,促进机体的体液免疫;Ⅰ期4.5%,Ⅱ期6.0%,Ⅲ期7.0%的替代比例机体对氮的利用效率提高,蛋白质沉积增加,是最佳剂量。

Abstract:The experiment was designed as single factor one. 200 Tegel broilers on day 1 were randomly divided into five treatments. Each treatment was made up of five repetitions, 8 Tegel broilers per repetition. There were three physiological stages includingⅠ(1 to 14 days),Ⅱ(15 to 35 days) and Ⅲ(36 to 56 days) in this trial. The group A was control, and B, C, D, E were treatments, respectively. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of hemp seed meal used to partly replace soybean meal in maize-soybean meal diets. At the end of experiment, one broiler of each repetition was slaughtered to determine matter blood biochemical indexes and to carry on carcass analysis in the chickens. The experiment results showed: Compared with the treatments serum total protein (TP), the serum albumin (ALB), the serum globulin (GLOB) and the blood urea nitrogen (BUNC) content reduces in the control; The thymus gland and bursa of Fabricius The thymus gland and bursa of Fabricius weight, and the relative weight of hymus gland and bursa of Fabricius was the heavist in B group, but the spleen weight and the spleen index was the greatest in C group. It was accessible to partly substitute hemp seed meal for soybean meal in basal diet of broiler, respective supplementation in hemp seed meal with 1.5%~6.0% in Ⅰ,2.0%~8.0% in Ⅱ, and 3.0%~9.0% in Ⅲ, had no disadvantageous influence to it’s serum Immune performance, and the dose was safe; Substitution proportions of 1.5% in I, 2.0% in Ⅱ and 3.0% in Ⅲ may promote the B cell differentiation and maturation and body immunity, Substitution proportions of 4.5% in stage Ⅰ, 6.0% in stage Ⅱ and 7.0% in stage III enhance the use of nitrogen and are the best dosage.
