喜炎平注射液对美罗培南治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的增效观察

目的 观察喜炎平注射液对美罗培南治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的增效作用。方法 回顾性调查128例确诊为铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染的住院患者，对照组为美罗培南组，试验组为喜炎平注射液联合美罗培南组，两组各64例，观察两组的临床疗效、症状（体温、咳嗽、咳痰）缓解时间、实验室指标（WBC、影像学）恢复时间、细菌学效果和不良反应发生率。结果 试验组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后两组患者症状（体温、咳嗽、咳痰）及实验室指标（WBC、影像学）改善时间比较，试验组均较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组细菌学效果及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 喜炎平注射液对美罗培南治疗铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染有增效作用。

Synergetic Effects of Xiyanping Injection on Pseudomonas aeruginosa Pulmonary Infections Treated with Meropenem

Objective To observe the synergism action of Xiyanping injection on Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) pulmonary infections treated with meropenem. Methods Retrospective analysis was used in the study, 128 hospitalized patients with P. aeruginosa infection were randomly divided into the control group and experiment group, 64 cases in each group. In control group, all patients were treated with meropenem. In experiment group, all patients were administrated with meropenem combined with Xiyanping injection. The clinical efficacy, symptoms, laboratory index, bacteriological efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy in the experiment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of symptoms and laboratory index in experiment group was shoter than that in the control group, the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The bacteriological efficacy and adverse reactions incidence were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection shows some synergetic actions on P. aeruginosa pulmonary infections treated with meropenem.
