| 摘 要： | 从粮食安全的概念出发,通过对当前贵州粮食供需平衡情况、市场发育状况以及粮食库存和储备制度等进行分析和评价,得出贵州粮食安全方面存在的问题。结合国内国际形势,从农田用水保障角度总结出针对区域粮食安全的贵州农田水利面临的挑战,探讨了基于粮食安全的贵州水利保障机制完善思路。
