新型生物植生基材技术研究

摘    要:研究了粉碎木质颗粒粒径、堆料温度、处理时间、水分等因素对新型生物植生基材发酵程度的影响。结果表明:木质颗粒粒径、季节时间、翻松增湿对基材发酵程度均有显著影响。以木质颗粒粒径5 mm,处理时间8月中旬基材发酵效果最好,发酵程度率达到85%。同时对该基材产品进行了生产成本分析,并初步应用于湖南炎睦高速公路第十合同段(k16+420~k16+775)左上试验边坡客土喷植技术中,其绿化效果及经济效益显著。

Abstract:The effects on fermentation degree of new biological vegetation substrate technology with crush the wood particle size, stack- er temperature, processing time, moisture and other factors were studied in the paper. The results showed that the wood particle size, season, time, turned loose humidifier on the substrate fermentation degree have a significant impact. The best fermentation degree is 85% with wood particle diameter 〈5 mm and treated in August. Taking the cost analysis on the new bio-vegetation substrate technology and got a low production cost, high efficiency, good effect, and green by combining with the upper left test slope practice on the tenth Contract Section (k16 +420 to k16 + 775) of Yanling-Mucun expressway.
