S型雄性不育自交系配合力分析研究

摘    要:利用P1×P2不完全双列杂交试验,分析了本所选育的ST039、ST029以及其它5个常规自交系的8个数量性状的配合力和遗传参数.根据GCA和SCA效应值,确定ST039、岱20、ST029和D15这4个优良自交系具有较高的利用价值,ST039×D15、478×岱20等组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力.根据配合力及遗传参数估计,一般配合力表现出比特殊配合力较大的遗传分量,在选配组合时应注意选择GCA较高的自交系作亲本,还应注意特定组合特定性状SCA的选择。

Abstract:The combining ability and genetic parameter of 8 quantitative characters of the male sterile line ST039,ST029 and the other 5 inbred lines were analysised by dialel cross method.And ST039,Dai20,ST029,and S15 were ascertained to be good inbred lines that they had more usages according to the value of GCA and SCA,and the combination ST039×D15,Zong31×Dai20 had higher heterosis than the others,and had good yield potential.According to the combining ability and genetic parameters,GCA account for high genetic value than SCA,so we should select the inbred lines that had higher GCA value as parent when we shoose the combination,and also the GCA of special combination of special characters.
