摘    要:[目的]研究马先蒿种子萌发的最适温度及土壤含水量。[方法]以马先蒿种子为材料,采用室内发芽试验研究不同温度和土壤水分对其萌发特性的影响。[结果]恒温条件为20℃时,马先蒿种子的萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、萌发系数及峰值均最高(分别为43%、35%、12.82、13.79和2.92),萌发时滞、萌发历期和达峰时间均最短(分别为3、9、6 d),温度过高或过低均抑制种子萌发。变温条件为25℃/10℃时,马先蒿种子的发芽势和峰值分别为42%和1.55,明显高于其他变温处理。土壤含水量为7.5%时,种子萌发指数、萌发系数、发芽势和峰值最大,达峰时间最短。[结论]马先蒿种子萌发的最适恒温条件为20℃、最适变温条件为25℃/10℃、最适土壤含水量为7.5%。

Effect of Temperature and Moisture on Seed Germination of Pedicularis kansuensis Maxim
Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the optimum temperature and soil moisture for seed germination of Pedicularis kansuensis Maxim.[Method] With P.kansuensis seed as material,indoor germination test was taken to study the effects of different temperature and soil moisture on its germination characteristics. [Result] When the constant temperature was 20℃,the germination rate,germination potential,germination indexes germination coefficient and peak value were all the highest(43%,35%,12.82,3.79 and 2.92 resp.) and the germination timedelay,germination period and peak time were all the shortest(3,9,6 d).Too high and too low temperature all inhibited the seed germination.When the changing temperature was 25 ℃/10 ℃,the germination potential and peak value of P.kansuensis were 42% and 1.55 resp,and were obviously higher than those of other changing temperature treatments.When the soil water content was 7.5%,the seed germination indexes,germination coefficient,germination potential and peak value werethe biggest and the peak time was the shortest.[Conclusion] The optimum constant temperature for seed germination rate of P.kansuensis seed was 20℃,and the optimum changing treatment was 25 ℃/10 ℃,the optimum soil water content was 7.5%.
