蛋鸡快慢羽纯系及其杂交鸡连产对产蛋性能影响的研究

试验研究了六个快慢羽纯系及九个自别雌雄杂交母鸡连产性状及与产蛋量的关系,探讨了连产性状的快慢羽基因效应。结果表明;六个纯系37～52周龄平均连产大小为2.78～3.82,存在品种(系)效应。平均连产大小与产蛋量率)的相关系数为0.4054～0.9030。开产日龄和连产性状是影响产蛋量(率)的主要性状,选择平均连产大小可以提高产蛋量。平均连产大小的快慢羽基因效应因鸡生产类型及品种的不同而异。杂交母鸡连产性状和产蛋率除CD组外均较亲本均值有所提高。连产性状可能存在母体效应。BK和BD两组合最优,JH、JK和JD组合次之。本文还提出了用连产相关系数来研究母鸡产蛋量的尝试。

STUDY ON THE SEQUENCE AND ITS EFFECT ON EGG PRODUCTION IN SOME RA PID AND SIOW-FEATHERING CHICKEN STRAINS AND THEIR AUTOSEXING HYBIRDS

Three sex-linked rapid- (C, B, J) and three slow-feathering strains(D, K, H)and their autosexing hybirds were used for study the sequenceand its effect on egg production Results indicated that there was difference of average: sepuence sizeamong strains. The average sequence size was 2.78-3.82, less than their autosexing hyhridq The correlation of the average seiuence size with egg production was 0.4054-0.9030. Egg prgduction could be increased through selection on large average sequnce size. Effects of rapidang slow-feathering gene on the sequence were determined. Autosexing, hybrids, except for CD, had a positive heterosis in the sequence and peocent of egg production, with hyhriols BK and BD excellent. It was Fessible to have maternal effect on the sequence. It is suggested thet the sequence correlation can be used as a parameter for selection of laying hens.
