摘    要:将泄漏检测系统与SCADA系统融为一个统一的系统,对秦京输油管道SCADA系统硬件结构进行调整和软件优化,解决了用管道负压波法检测泄漏所需参数的问题.介绍了系统的构成和应用软件的设计思路及功能,通过现场试验和实际应用,验证了系统的泄漏定位精度和灵敏度等主要技术指标.在保持原SCADA系统功能的前提下,增加了泄漏检测功能,实现了管道泄漏检测与定位.

Abstract:This paper introduces the reconfiguration adjustment of hardware and software optimization of SCADA system to solve the problem of parameters required on sampling frequency in leakage detection of oil pipeline with negative pressure wave method,the effective measures to be taken to reduce interfere to improve the sensitivity and reliability in oil leakage, also, the design thought and function of application software. The main technical indexes of detection and location of oil leakage of the system are identified by the site experimental results.
