李花芽形态分化的研究

摘    要:从外部形态、内部组织和营养物质的动态变化等方面对李花芽分化进行了综合研究,结果表明:李花芽形态分化的过程可划分为:未分化期、花原基分化期、萼片原基分化期、花瓣原基分化期、雄蕊和雌蕊原基分化期及雄蕊和雌蕊结构分化期等6期;细胞分裂快、合成作用旺盛的原基中,蛋白质含量高,淀粉粒则分布在原分生组织衍生的组织内。

Abstract:A comprehensive study was made on the morphology, histology and the dynamic changes of nutritive substances in the differentiation of floral bud in Prunus salicina Lindl. The process of differentiation of flower bud may be divided into seven stages: pre-differentiation stage, flower primodium differentiation stage, sepal primodium differentiation stage, petal primodium differentiation stage, stamen and pistil primodium differentiation stage, and stamen and pistil structural differentiation stage. Micro-chemical examinations showed that the proteins often occurred in the primordial regions where the cells multiplied rapidly and assimilated vigorously, while the starch grains were more likely to accumulate and distribute in the portions which were derived from promeristem.
