涂料中游离甲醛含量的测定方法比较研究

通过对涂料中游离甲醛含量测定方法的研究,试图找出最为简便、快速、准确的试验方法,为今后检测提供参考。研究结果表明：在涂料甲醛含量的测定中,甲醛标液和加热装置的选用、冷却时间和方式的控制影响着测定的准确性和效率。直接选用甲醛标液、采用油浴加热装置、控制好馏分显色之后的冷却时间和方式,会大大提高测定的准确度和效率。
