梳齿滚筒式残膜回收机的设计

针对新疆建设兵团以及我国残膜所面临的现状,通过分析对比国内外地膜回收机技术与装备的特点,综合考虑农艺要求,研制出了梳齿滚筒式残膜回收机。本设备创新性地运用了片状捡膜齿和梳齿式脱膜装置,可靠性高、适应性广、生产效率高,作业速度为3～7km/h,工作深度50～80mm,生产率135～315hm2/h,适用时段为春播前或做秋后处理,而且该机结构简单、动力消耗少、使用维护方便,符合农户的要求,适合在兵团大面积推广,将为兵团以及我国的"绿色农业"做出贡献。

Comb Drum Design of Plastic Film Recycling Machine

According to the Xinjiang Construction Corps and the situation faced by our plastic film,through our analysis and comparison the characteristics of domestic and foreign technology,plastic film recycling machine,considering the agronomic requirements,we developed the comb roller plastic film recycling machine,what’s more,the innovation of the equipment is to use a sheet of picking teeth and comb-type mold release film device;The equipment which possesses the characteristics of high reliability,wide adaptability,high efficiency and the operating speed of 3~7km / h,others,its working depth of 50 ~ 80mm and pure-hour productivity 9 to 21 acres / hour is for time for the spring or for autumn before treatment,the last but important,it has simple structure,power consumption and easy maintenance,It’s in line with the requirements of farmers for large-scale promotion in the Corps,of course,it makes contribute to the China’s "Green Agriculture".
