基于风速功率谱估计的风力发电机变桨距控制研究

摘    要:对某风场风速信号进行功率谱估计,分析样本风的频率特性,根据风速的频率特性调整控制参数,使风机在尽可能高功率输出的前提下减少变桨动作次数,提高系统的出力和寿命。在Matlab/Simulink中建立变桨距风力发电机数学模型,对此模型为引入模糊控制算法,根据模糊控制理论设计模糊控制器,在低风速时能够获取最大的风能,高风速时能够使输出功率恒定。不仅能有效的减少振荡,而且可以较快的达到稳态。

Abstract:This paper estimate the power spectrum of a wind field,analysis of the frequency characteristics of the sample wind,adjust the control parameters in accordance with the frequency characteristics of the wind speed,make wind turbie at the highest possible power output under the premise of reducing the number of pitch movement,and improve the output and life of system.Established variable pitch wind turbine mathe- matical model in matlab/Simulink.Model for the introduction of the fuzzy control algorithm.According to the theory of the fuzzy control design fuzzy controller,at low speed to obtain the largest wind energy;High winds can make the output power constant,not only can effectively reduce the oscillation and can faster to state.
