| 摘 要： | 利用冬枣叶片再生试管苗进行生根试验。研究结果表明,在最适宜冬枣生根的培养基1/2 MS+IAA 1.5mg/L+20 g/L蔗糖+3.5 g/L琼脂中培养,并给予根底部黑暗条件,培养室温度(25±2)℃,光照强度1 000 lx,每天光照14 h,生根率达95.3%。

| Abstract: | The tube seedlings from regeneration of Dongzao leaves were used in rooting experiment.The results indicated that the rooting rate was the highest(95.3%) if the rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IAA 1.5 mg/L supplemented with 20 g/L sucrose and 3.5 g/L agar,with the base of glass(bottle) given in dark condition,the temperature at(25±2)℃,and the illumination,1 000 lx and 14 h/d. |
