摘    要:利用簿层等电聚焦凝胶电泳技术,测定了贵州南部山区13个向日葵品种中的30个类型的酯酶同工酶,结果表明:这一地区的向日葵品种的酯酶同工酶谱带众多(50条),品种间的酶谱变异丰富(1-13条),大多有一条共同的谱带(2A)。向日葵品种内的类型间具有共同的特征带,但其酶说相似度指数较小,且变异较大,有的甚至大于品种间的指数,说明了品种内的遗传基础较复杂。在进行地方品种整理时,可把酯酶同工酶谱带作为一个可靠的依据.

Abstract:Esterase insozyme in 30 types in 13 sunflower varieties in the South Guizhou mountainous area was assayed by Igoelectrofocusing. The results showed that zymogram pattrswere abundant and existed 50 in these varieties, most of them had the same patters (2A). There was the same charac teristic patter in the plants within one variety but their similarity indexes of zymopram patters were small, the index diversity whithin varieties was so big that bigger than which among varieties, which showed the variety had a complex genetic bases. The zymogram patters of esterase isozyme should be reliable basis when land sunflower varieties were identified'
