| 摘 要： | 目的]探索经不同菌源诱导黄粉虫所产生的免疫物质——抗菌肽对病原菌是否存在活性差异。方法]对饥饿后黄粉虫幼虫通过饲细菌、针刺饲真菌(放线菌)法产生诱导免疫反应,研磨、冷冻离心法获得抗菌肽提取物,采用抑菌圈法测定其对26种病原菌抑菌活性,利用三等分法划分四种类型评价抑菌活性及抑菌谱。结果]经不同菌源诱导黄粉虫所产生的抗菌肽抑菌活性及抑菌谱上均存在明显差异。结论]生防菌源在诱导昆虫体液免疫物质——抗菌肽表达上具有明显优势。
