城郊型乡村旅游地开发规划研究——以杭州富阳市白鹤村为例

城郊型乡村旅游地开发规划要遵循突出乡土性的原则、适应市场与创造市场相结合的原则、尊重现状与产品创新相结合的原则、社区整体发展与各方参与相结合的原则、兼顾综合效益的原则,其开发规划的方向是:旅游资源乡土化开发、营造乡村意象、旅游产品休闲化开发、旅游市场品牌化开发、合理设计经营机制、清洁化生产。以杭州富阳白鹤村为例,对白鹤村发展乡村旅游进行了SWOT分析,并从乡村体验旅游产品规划、乡村旅游市场定位、乡村意象营造、经营机制设计等方面提出了白鹤村乡村旅游开发规划思路。

Study on development and planning of rural tourism destinations in suburbs——A case on Baihe Village in Fuyang City

Development of rural tourism is one important type of sustainable tourism development in suburbs.Tourism development and planning of rural tourism destinations in suburbs should abide the following principles: emphasizing rurality,integrating economic,social,environmental interests,adapting to and creating market demands,combination of complying status and products innovation,combination of community development and interest groups involvement.The development and planning of rural tourism destinations lie in these ways: native development of tourism resources,creation of rural images,leisure development of tourism products,brand development of tourism market,rational design of management mechanism,cleaning production,etc.Taking Baihe Village in Fuyang City as a case,the paper carries out SWOT analysis and puts forward suggestions of development and planning of rural tourism for Baihe Village from planning of rural experience tourism products,rural tourism market positioning,creation of rural image,design of management mechanism.
