向日葵菌核病菌毒素对向日葵体内几种酶活性的影响

摘    要:以不同品种的向日葵为材料,研究了向日葵菌核病菌毒素对其体内过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化{BF酶(PPO)及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的影响。研究表明:向日葵幼苗用粗毒素处理后,粗毒素增加了向日葵叶片POD的活性,且2个品种具有差异显著性。粗毒素抑制了向日葵叶片中PPO和PAL的活性,经稀释后低浓度的粗毒素增加了PAL活性。

Abstract:The effects of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum toxin on peroxidase,polyphenoloxidase and phenylalanine ammonialyase activities of the leaves from different sunflower cultivars were tested.The results showed that the toxin increased the activity of peroxidase and the increase was different in two varieties.The toxin inhibited activities of polyphenoloxidase and phenylalanine ammonialyase,but in increased the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase.
