金属板料成形过程的数值分析

摘    要:采用刚塑性大变形有限元法成功地模拟了圆板半球凸模胀形的成形过程,分析了材料参数即应变硬化指数,应变速率敏感指数,厚向异性系数和摩擦条件艰胀形件厚度分布的影响。将含有变形损伤效应的本构方程应用于有限元模拟程序,对叠加静水压力对材料内部孔洞长大过程的影响进行了数值分析。模拟结果与实验结果吻合,从而为应用有限元法指导板料成表的工艺设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The forming process of hemispherical punch stretching of circular sheet metal is studied by a large rigid plastic finite element method. The effects of material parameters, hardening ( n value) strain rate sensitivity ( m value) normal anisotropy ( r value) and friction on the thickness distribution have been investigated. A constitutive relation including the effects of deformation damage has been introduced into the rigid plastic finite element method program. The superimposed hydrostatic pressure on superplastic cavity growth has been studied. Theoretically calculated results are in agreement with the experimental ones. It provides basis for improving the technological design of sheet metal forming by using finite element method.
