摘    要:用酚灭活的柱状嗜纤维菌(P-CC)疫苗,菌体脂多糖(LPS)以及将P-CC和LPS混合后作为抗原,分别浸泡翘嘴鳜使免疫,并检测了受免鱼体的免疫保护力。结果表明,经3次疫苗浸泡接种后的鱼体血清中凝集抗体效价与对照组鱼没有显著差异(P〉0.05);而经活菌攻毒后的存活率,则是免疫组显著地高于对照组(P〈0.05),以LPS免疫组的免疫保护力(71.9%)最强。

Abstract:The immune protection for bacterial gill rot disease in mandarinfish(Siniperca chuatsi B.)was determined by immersion with the phenol inactivated Cytophaga columnaris SC-6 strain(P-CC),the lipopolysaccharide of the for going organism(LPS)and the combination of P-CC and LPS respectively. The results indicated that serum of three kinds of vaccinated mandarinfish had no significant difference in compared with the control group(P>0.05)in agglutination titer. But the survival rate post challenged with virulent live bacteria(Cytophaga columnaris SC-6 strain),the vaccinated groups were higher then those of control group(P<0.05).And the LPS vaccinated group had the soundest immune protection.
