中华鳖消化组织蛋白酶的初步研究

摘    要:以酪蛋白为底物测定了中华鳖胰脏、胃、肠等组织蛋白酶活性、最适pH和最适底物浓度。结果表明:胃、胰组织蛋白酶活性显著高于肠组织蛋白酶活性,且胃>胰>前肠>中肠>后肠;胃、胰和肠组织蛋白酶最适pH分别为2.2、6.2、7.6;胃、前肠组织蛋白酶最适底物浓度分别为1.2%、0.8%。

Abstract:In this experiment, the activity, optimum pH and substrate concentration of protease in pancreas, stomach, three parts of gut in Trionyx sinensis were determined. The results showed that, stomach's and pancreas's protease activity were both obviously higher than gut's, the trend of protease activities was stomach's>pacreas's>foregut's>midgut's>hindgut's, the optimum pH of protease in stomach, pancreas, gut were 2.2,6.2,and 7.6 respectively,the optimum substrate concentration of protease in stomach and foregut was 1.2% and 0.8% respectively.
