| 摘 要： | 分析了福建绿色技术创新中环境保护法律政策趋于完整,财政扶持力度加大,技术研发、应用政策进一步完善等政策环境现状,总结了福建绿色技术创新在政策制定及执行上还存在的一些问题,提出了完善绿色技术创新法律政策体系、完善激励机制、制定绿色采购政策等建议。
