贵州野生蕨菜中总黄酮含量的测定与分析

摘    要:为野生蕨菜资源的开发与利用提供科学依据,用分光光度法对野生蕨菜中总黄酮类化合物的含量进行了测定。结果表明:冬季野生蕨菜,根状茎总黄酮化合物含量最高,达6.09%;叶片和叶柄总黄酮化合物含量相对较少,分别为2.95%和3.09%。春季野生蕨菜,根状茎与叶片总黄酮化合物含量较高,分别为5.80%和5.54%;叶柄总黄酮化合物含量较低,仅为2.28%。春、冬季节采收的野生蕨菜均以根状茎总黄酮化合物含量最高。

Abstract:Total flavonoids content in wild P.aquilinum was detected by spectrophotometry to provide scientific references for exploitation and utilization of wild P.aquilinum resources.The results show that the winter rhizome has the highest flavonoids content(6.09%).The flavonoids contents in winter blades and petioles are relatively low,2.95% and 3.09% respectively,but higher in spring rhizome and blades,5.80% and 5.54% respectively.The spring petioles has the least flavonoids content,only 2.28%.The total flavonoids content in rhizome of wild P.aquilinum was the highest no matter harvested in Spring or Autumn.
