8-羟基喹啉对草鱼的急性毒性和生理毒性

摘    要:为8-羟基喹啉的应用提供科学依据,进行了8-羟基喹啉对草鱼的急性毒性和生理毒性试验。结果表明:8-羟基喹啉对草鱼24h、48h和72h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为32.3mg/L、26.93mg/L和20.95mg/L,表现出较强的急性毒性;8-羟基喹啉能降低草鱼肝组织中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性,并表现出时间效应和剂量效应的关系。

Abstract:The acute and physiological toxicities of 8-hydroxypuinoline on grass carp were studied to provide scientific references for 8-hydroxypuinoline application.The results showed that 8-hydroxypuinoline had much strong toxicity to grass carp and its median lethal concentration(LC50) of 24 h,48 h and 96 h were 32.3 mg/L,26.93 mg/L and 20.95 mg/L respectively.In addition,8-hydroxypuinoline could inhibit the activity of GPT and GOP in the liver of grass carp,which showed time-effect and dose-effect.
