贵州饲用燕麦种质资源农艺性状的遗传多样性分析

摘    要:为了给贵州牧草种质资源的综合利用提供依据,对2005—2010年从贵州各地采集的20份饲用燕麦资源材料和2份引进品种的18个农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:1)22份燕麦种质资源的农艺性状间存在广泛的遗传多样性,7个质量性状中以芒色的多样性指数最高,为1.6;11个数量性状中以成熟期株高的多样性指数最高,为3.085 2。2)聚类分析将22份燕麦种质资源的11个数量性状分为4大类群,类群Ⅰ为高产育种目标资源材料,类群Ⅱ的有益性状不明显,类群Ⅲ为高产高植株育种目标亲本材料,类群Ⅳ为轮层数等育种目标亲本材料。结论:为各类饲草育种目标提供了一定的亲本资源。

Abstract:Genetic diversity of 18 agronomic traits of 20 feed oats germplasm resources and two introduced cultivars collected in Guizhou during 2005-2010 was analyzed to provide references for the comprehensive utilization of feed oats germplasm resources in Guizhou.Results: 1) All the 22 tested materials existed wide genetic diversity,the diversity index of awn color was the highest(1.6) in the seven qualitative characters;and the diversity index of plant height in maturity period was the highest in the 11 quantitative characters(3.085 2).2) The 11 quantitative characters of 22 tested materials were divided into four groups based on cluster analysis,of which group Ⅰ was material with high-yield breeding aim,group Ⅱ had unobvious beneficial characters,group Ⅲ was parent material with high-yield and high-plant breeding aim,and the group Ⅳ was parent material with panicle layer number breeding aim.The experiment could provide some parents materials for various breeding aims.
