摘    要:为探索黄连干物质积累规律,为规范化栽培技术提供依据,分析了黄连干物质累积动态规律和干物质在各生长部位的分配状况.结果表明,全株干物质积累量随生长发育进程推进而增加,各器官的积累规律略有不同,其中,根茎的干物质积累量呈不断增加趋势,而叶、须根的干物质积累增加至3年生就达到高峰,随后保持稳定.1~2年生黄连干物质主要分配到叶部,3~5年生主要分配到根茎.结论:可根据黄连干物质积累规律制定合理的栽培管理措施.

Abstract:To explore the law of dry substance accumulation of C.chinensis,and provide a basis for standardized cultivation,the dynamic accumulation rule of dry substance and distribution of dry substance in different parts of C.chinensis were analyzed.The results showed that the whole plant’s dry substance accumulation increased with the growth and development process,the dry substance accumulation law is slightly different in different parts.The dry matter accumulation of roots increased constantly,but leaves and fibrous root dry matter accumulation increased to the 3-year-old C.chinensis reached the highest,and then keep in a stable range.1~2-year-old C.chinensis dry substance mainly accumulates in leaves,and 3~5-year-old C.chinensis mainly distributed in root.Conclusion: Cultivation and management measures could be established according to the law of dry substance accumulation.
