摘    要:为探索贵州茶树组培快繁技术,采用湄潭苔茶地方良种带腋芽茎段为外植体,进行不同培养基、激素和浓度配比试验。结果表明,适宜芽诱导的培养基配方为1/2MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+VC1 000mg/L+AC 1 500mg/L,芽诱导率可达68%;适宜芽增殖的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0.2mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+GA33.0mg/L。

Abstract:To explore the rapid propagation of Guizhou tea by tissue culture,effects of different culture,hormone and concentration on stem with axillary buds of good Tai Tea Variety were studied.The results showed that the best medium formula for bud induction was 1/2 MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+Vc 1 000 mg/L+AC1 500 mg/L,the rate of the bud induction could be up to 68%,the best medium formula for bud breeding was MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+GA3 3.0 mg/L.
