油茶根际土壤耐酸铝微生物的筛选

摘    要:为促进农业可持续发展及微生物修复受损环境提供参考依据,采用稀释倒平板法,通过油茶林根际土壤耐酸铝微生物的分离和纯化,共获得17株耐酸铝微生物,其中,H1、H7和F3菌株的耐酸铝特性较强,可以在Al 3+浓度为100mmol/L、pH 4.5的条件下良好生长,但高铝浓度对其他菌株的生长或产孢有明显的抑制作用。经初步鉴定,H1、H7和F3菌株分别属于毛霉属(Mucor sp)、青霉属(Penicillium sp)和孢囊链霉菌属(Streptosporangium sp)。

Abstract:To provide a reference basis for promoting the sustainable agricultural development and microbial repair of damaged environment,17 acid-and Al-tolerant microorganisms were isolated and purified from Camellia rhizosphere by dilution pour plate method.H1,H7 and F3 strains were tolerant to Al3 + 100 mmol/L and could grow at pH 4.5,but high aluminium concentration had apparent inhibition effects on other strains growth or spore-producing.The three strains were identified as Mucor,Penicillium and Streptosporangium.
