杂交水稻磷钾素利用的配合力和遗传贡献率

摘    要:为进一步探索杂交水稻亲本及杂交后代对磷、钾元素的利用特性,选用3个不育系(JW803A,803A,G46A)和3个恢复系(绵恢2040、涪恢311、蜀恢527)配置不完全双列杂交,对不同杂交组合的磷素及氮素利用的配合力进行分析,研究不同籼型三系杂交水稻亲本磷素及钾素利用的配合力和遗传贡献率。结果表明:杂交水稻磷、钾素利用同时受可遗传的基因加性效应和不可遗传的非加性效应的影响,其中,不育系的作用大于恢复系;803A/蜀恢527是磷、钾素利用得到较好结合的组合,适合在肥料缺乏的中低产田夺取水稻高产。

Abstract:The combining ability of nine combinations from three sterile lines(JW803A,803A and G46A) and three restorer lines(Mianhui 2040,Fuhui 311 and Shuhui 527) to phosphorus and potassium utilization was analyzed to probe characteristics of hybrid rice parents and filial generation to phosphorus and potassium utilization.The results showed that the phosphorus and potassium utilization of hybrid rice was affected by heritable additive effect and non-heritable non-additive effect,and the effect of the sterile line was higher than the restorer line.803A/shuhiu 527 combination with good phosphorus and potassium utilization could be cultivated in medium and low yield fields.
