摘    要:为了解剑湖水生植物金鱼藻和茭草对环境氮素的利用情况,采用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法等研究了剑湖湿地水生植物金鱼藻与茭草对环境氮素的响应。结果表明:环境中的氮源直接影响植物对氮素的吸收利用,两种水生植物总氮含量和所处的环境中的总氮含量呈正相关性;茭草的硝氮含量明显高于金鱼藻,茭草对硝氮的吸收和保存能力强于金鱼藻;金鱼藻对氨氮吸收能力和对硝氮的转化能力强于茭草。

Abstract:Response of C.demersum and Z.caduciflora upon environment nitrogen in Jianhu Lake was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method to know the nitrogen utilization of the two aquatic plants.The results showed that nitrogen in the environment source directly affected the absorption and utilization of nitrogen by plants.Total nitrogen of the two aquatic plants had a direct correlation to the total nitrogen of the environment.Nitrate nitrogen content of Z.caduciflora was significantly higher than that of C.demersum.Nitrate nitrogen absorption and preservation ability of Z.caduciflora was higher than C.demersum.Ammonia absorption and nitrate nitrogen transformation ability of C.demersum were higher than Z.caduciflora.
