贵州地方稻种禾类苗期耐低氮胁迫的生理效应

摘    要:为筛选耐低氮胁迫的贵州地方稻种禾类种质资源,为水稻耐低氮遗传改良提供理论依据,以从江小香禾、从江红皮糯、丹寨大种糯、雷山高山糯、沟都堆、黑糯141、公谷等7份贵州地方水稻和1份常规稻品种EY105为材料,设置低氮和正常施氮2个处理,采用营养液培养法,研究低氮胁迫对贵州地方水稻苗期主要生理特性的影响。结果表明,贵州地方稻种禾类存在水稻耐低氮遗传改良的种质材料,其中,公谷、黑糯141、丹寨大种糯、沟都堆的耐低氮特性较好,可以作为耐低氮胁迫材料在水稻育种中加以利用。

Abstract:The study was to provide a theoretical base for the genetic improvement of Guizhou local rice with tolerance to low N.That seven Guizhou local rice varieties of Congjiang Xiao-xiang-he,Congjiang Hong-nuo,Danzhai Da-zhong-nuo,Leishan Gao-shan-nuo,Gou-du-dui,Hei-nuo 141 and Gong-gu and one conventional variety EY105 were cultured in solution medium with low N and normal N.This was also to investigate the main physiological characteristics of Guizhou local rice varieties under low N stress.The results showed that the germplasm resources of genetic improvement of Guizhou local rice with tolerance to low N existed.Among them,the variety Gong-gu,Heinuo141,Danzhai Da-zhong-nuo and Gou-du-dui had the stronger tolerance to low N stress and could be utilized during the rice breeding as low N stress variety.
