摘    要:为了摸索优质杂交油菜氮肥施用量和多效唑喷施时期与其产量和品质的关系,以三北98和油研599油菜品种为试材,采用田间试验研究了氮肥用量和多效唑喷施时期对其产量和品质的影响。结果表明:1)施纯氮20kg/667m2抽薹期叶面喷施(浓度200mg/kg)15%多效唑可湿性粉剂的油菜产量最高,为227.9kg/667m2,增产达显著水平;施纯氮15kg/667m2各时期叶面喷施多效唑的产量差异均不显著。2)叶面喷施多效唑对品质有一定影响,可使硫甙含量增加1.07~3.52μmol/g饼,蛋白质含量增加0.91~2.74百分点,但对其他品质性状的影响均较小。结论:优质杂交油菜在施纯氮20kg/667m2且于抽薹期喷施15%多效唑可湿性粉剂可使杂交油菜优质高产。

Abstract:Two quality hybrid rape varieties,Sanbei 98 and Youyan 599,were tested under different nitrogen level and foliage dressing paclobutrazol at row-closure and bolting stage to study the effects on their yield and quality.The results showed that:1) The yield of the treatment with 20 kg/667m2 pure nitrogen and dressing 200 mg/kg 15% paclobutrazol at bolting stage reached 227.96 kg/667m2,significantly higher than other treatments.There was no difference in yield between the treatments with dressing paclobutrazol at different growth stage based on 20 kg/667m2 pure nitrogen and there was no difference in yield between treatments with dressing paclobutrazol at row-closure and bolting stage.2) Dressing paclobutrazol could increase glucosinolate and protein content by 1.07~3.52 μmol/g and 0.91~2.74% respectively and had no significant influence on other quality traits.In conclusion: Foliage dressing 15% paclobutrazol at bolting stage based on 20 kg/667m2 pure nitrogen could improve yield and quality of quality hybrid rape varieties.
