| 摘 要： | 为河北柴鸡的进一步选育和推广养殖提供参考依据,进行了散养状态下罗曼蛋鸡与河北柴鸡屠宰性能的比较试验。结果表明:河北柴鸡的活体重、屠宰重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、翅膀重、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率明显高于罗曼蛋鸡。河北柴鸡屠宰重量第2世代高于第3世代,但第3世代的胸肌率、翅膀率高于第2世代。说明,河北柴鸡较罗曼蛋鸡更适于自然散养,经过选育可以提高河北柴鸡的胸肌率和翅膀率。

| Abstract: | In order to provide references for further breeding and generalization of Hebei Local Chicken,the slaughter performance of Roman Laying Hens and Hebei Local Chicken were compared at free-range status.The results showed that slaughter performance of Roman Laying Hens was significantly lower than Hebei Local Chicken,including aspects of live body weight,dressed weight,half-eviscerated weight,eviscerated weight,breast muscle weight,leg muscle and wing weight,percentage of half eviscerated yield,percentage of eviscerated yield,percentage of breast muscle,percentage of leg muscle,all above indicated that Hebei Local Chicken had an excellent production performance at free-range status.After breeding,pectoral rate and wings rate of Hebei Local Chicken were significantly improved. |
