Suwan种质玉米自交系的配合力分析

摘    要:为进一步利用Suwan种质资源,充分发挥其在玉米育种的作用,选用国内6个分属不同优势群的代表自交系为准测验种,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计,对7个Suwan种质玉米自交系进行配合力分析。结果表明,T32、S273、S48的产量一般配合力较高,利用潜力较大。在42个组合中,T32×丹340、S11×交51、T32×交51、S273×交51、S48×18599、S273×B73、S48×交51、S37×交51、T32×B73的配合力总效应较高,为较强优势组合。Suwan种质玉米自交与Reid种质、旅大红骨、地方种质、Lancaster、PN种质之间有杂种优势。

Abstract:The combining ability of seven maize inbred lines with Suwan germplasm was analyzed by using the NCⅡ incomplete diallel cross design and taking six inbred lines with different superiority population as standard tester lines to further give full play to the effect of Suwan germplasm resources in maize breeding.T32,S273 and S48 inbred lines with higher general combining ability of yield had a great utilization potential.T32×Dan 340,S11×Jiao 51,T32×Jiao 51,S273×Jiao 51,S48×18599,S273×B73,S48×Jiao 51,S37×Jiao 51 and T32×B73 had higher total combining ability.There was heterrosis of Suwan germplasm with Reid germplasm,Ludahonggu,local germplasm,Lancaster and PN germplasm.
