摘    要:为给规模化生产金线兰提供理论依据和技术支持,探索了高温胁迫下外源水杨酸(SA)对金线兰抗氧化酶的影响。结果表明:高温条件下,0.5~1.5mmol/L外源SA均可提高金线兰的SOD、POD和CAT活性;外源SA不能诱导SOD和CAT同工酶新酶带的表达,但有新的POD酶带产生。说明,外源SA通过调节金线兰抗氧化酶系统,缓解了高温胁迫对金线兰的伤害。

Abstract:Effects of SA on antioxidant enzymes of A.roxburghii under heat stress were explored to provide theoretical basis and technique support for scale production of A.roxburghii.The result showed that different SA concentrations(0.5~1.5 mmol/L) could all increase activities of SOD,POD and CAT of A.roxburghii;SA did not induce new bands of CAT and SOD,but induced new bands of POD.All above indicated that pretreatment with SA may alleviate the damage of heat tolerance to A.roxburghii by enhancing the activities of antioxidant systems.
