| 摘 要： | 初步研究了西、甜瓜蔓枯病病菌差异性,为深入了解西、甜瓜蔓枯病病原提供理论依据。采用离体叶片接种法对 19 个西、甜瓜蔓枯病菌株进行致病力差异性研究,并对不同菌株核糖体基因内转录区序列（rDNA-ITS）比较分析。结果发现：不同西、甜瓜蔓枯病菌株致病力存在显著性差异,病情指数为 85.11~4.58;但不同菌株间的 ITS 序列比较差别不大,保守程度高,菌株间的分化和变异不明显。

| Abstract: | The knowledge of pathogen variation is needed for the research of watermelon and melon gummy stem blight.The pathogenicity of 19 strains of Didymella bryoniae was assayed using detached leaf inoculation.These strains were further analyzed for their sequence at ITS region of rDNA（rDNA-ITS）.The pathogenicity of these strains was significantly different with disease indexes 85.11-4.58 on same watermelon variety.However,the sequences at ITS region were much conserved among these strains. |
