| 摘 要： | 以 3个不同来源的甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系为母本 ,6个恢复系为父本 ,配制 1 8个不育系杂种 ,对F1 主要性状间的相关性、杂种优势与亲本间的相关和回归进行了研究。结果表明 :F1 的经济系数、茎粗、全株总有效角果数等性状与单株产量呈显著的正相关 ;父本 (恢复系 )的大多数性状与竞争优势的相关显著 ;母本 (不育系或用其同型保持系代替 )只有少数性状与竞争优势的相关显著。因此 ,在某种程度上可以说父本 (恢复系 )较母本 (不育系 )的选择更为重要

| Abstract: | Eighteen cytoplasmic male sterile hybrids were obtained from 3 CMS lines in different backgrounds and 6 restorer lines. The studies on correlation among F 1 major agrinomic traits, the relationship and regression between heterosis and it′s parents showed that the traits such as harvest index, stem diameter, total pods number per plant of F 1 have significant positive correlation with yield per plant. Most of traits of restorer lines have significant correlation with heterosis. It is suggested that screening for paternal parent (restorer)is more important than maternal parent. |
